Sample dishes include Devon Estate venison loin, juicy Somerset beef steaks or wild halibut with blue shell mussels. Full of imaginative indulgences, the creative dessert menu features sweets like hot chocolate fondant or peanut butter parfait and brittle sandwich with organic milk mousse.
Afternoon tea features freshly baked scones, along with homemade cakes and pastries. There are freshly made finger sandwiches, and a selection of fine teas.
