The classy Square Kitchen dining room offers a modern British menu of fresh, local produce, with dishes like roast rump of English lamb with parsnip polenta, or poached salmon fillet with surf clams. The indulgent dessert menu features innovative dishes like homemade jaffa cake, rosewater doughnuts and cardamom ice cream.
